Cellar favorites

Chosen by the people who drink them. These are the two bottles our regulars reorder most — a creamy oaked Chardonnay and a regal Bordeaux blend.

A family cellar, one bottle at a time

Copperbarrel began as a family cellar with a simple belief: great wine should be easy to find and a joy to share. Fourteen years on, we still taste every bottle before it earns a place on our shelves.

Our story

How a corner cellar grew up

Opening day — 2012

We opened our doors with forty wines and one belief: stock only bottles we love, and help every guest find theirs.

Tasting room — 2016

We added a tasting room, weekly guided tastings and food-pairing evenings that quickly became a neighborhood ritual.

2020 — Growing roots

We partnered directly with family vineyards in Napa, Bordeaux and Piedmont, bringing cellar-door bottles to Austin.

2026 — Looking ahead

Online ordering, local delivery and a bigger cellar — the same promise, poured for the next fourteen years.

Bottles worth the splurge

“I was blown away by the variety here. Every recommendation felt personal, and the staff even gave me pairing tips for the wines I took home.”

“Ordered a mixed case online for pickup — ready in an hour, beautifully packed, with a handwritten note on when to open each bottle.”

“Friday tastings turned me from a beer guy into a Nebbiolo guy. The team remembers what I like better than I do.”
